Addon works like intended and is easy to use.

The only minus is the popup asking to rate it. This is the second time it prompted me.
I understand that it is usefull for improving service however, maybe reduce its size to about 75% and consider adding a visible close button or just an X in the corner to close the popup.
A bigger annoyence to me is the fact it pops up when I am not on youtube. Imagine watching a movie on netflix or reading an article and this thing popsup in the middle of the screen. (especialy after I already rated it.) Maybe only have it popup on the sites it is used for.

Other wise nice addon!
