by Muero, 7 years agoThe worst part of Firefox "Quantum" was the loss of Download Manager (S3). I had pretty much given up on this extension working again, and was just trying my best to accomplish tasks without it, using Ctrl+J to open a downloads menu, but it made me sad every time. Then suddenly I noticed something was different... Because it was still hanging out in the Legacy Extensions area of my add-ons, this extension updated itself and started working again. This will save me quite a bit of time and frustration with dealing with downloads. Until Firefox gets a better way to deal with downloads, Download Manager (S3) is a must-have for just about anyone. I will be making a contribution to thank the developer for putting in the time to keep this great extension updated.

I mean that the downloaded file opens when I click on it.
Otherwise, it would be an great add-on! - Rated 5 out of 5by cdv1028, 3 months ago
